I would think with the window squeegee and cleaning towel would be the only items you would need. A great solution is vinegar dilute with water is good to use on windows.

1/4cup white vinegar in a 32oz spray bottle, fill the rest of the way with water. Spray and just wipe it down with some newspaper till its dry. It leaves it streak free and the newsprint gives it a brilliant shine. Try to remember that a little goes a long way or else you end up using more than you have to and a lot more time wiping.

How to Get Customers for a Window Cleaning Business

i use a few drops on Dawn dish detergent in a bucket, wipe it on the windows with a rag and squeegee it off. my windows sparkle, so i’d say it’s a good technique for a pro. very little streaks, cheap and easy.
