Local fox channel doesn’t have football?
My local fox channel is showing ” nepa home and garden showcase at one. How is that possible? I want to watchthe giants!!!

If The AFL Grand Final was played on a Friday night do you think channel 7 would show it live?
Personally I think they would go with a bit of gardening and cooking on Better Homes and Gardens and show the footy as a replay like they do on all Friday nights.
Ithink that Ch7 negioted the right to show the first game of each round live if they so desire.So far they have not desired.

If it’s a sell out (which it would be) they will show it live. Both 7 and 10 have an agreement that allows them to show any game throughout the year live if it is a sell out.
I like how channel 10 show live games, it sucks when you wanna watch it knowing it’s delayed, can’t listen to the radio, be careful who you talk to in case of hearing the score.

she is oh so irritating…. even puts me off watching better homes and gardens

yeah you are right she whines like a eh diff, get someoene on that knows something about the game and while there at it give that clown chriss dittmar the flick as well.did he play squash or table tennis or something like that.

Why aren’t Channel 7 showing the AFL final live tonight in Sydney?
Instead of showing the preliminary final btw Geelong and the Bulldogs LIVE!!! the brains trust at Channel 7 have again shown their genius by putting Better Homes and Gardens on at 7.30pm until 8.30pm so that we get to watch a delayed final. Good to see they have continued on with the brilliance in telecasting that they showed during the Olympics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That’s what happens when no one in Sydney has an interest in AFL.
Don’t blame Channel 7, blame your fellow NSW people who choose not to tune in.

Friday night football attracts more viewers than Better Homes and Gardens?
During the finals anyway. In the home and away season BH&G is usually in the top 3 and the football is out of the top 10.

Channel 7 are NOT showing the St Kilda game live, but according to the last two weeks they probably should. They probably figure that since they are getting such good ratings for BH&G and the football that they don’t need to show the game live.
I’m just glad that channel 10 is broadcasting their Prelim live.

Yeah, Mitch, it’s funny how League struggles to pull a decent crowd too. The AFL gets bigger crowds and better TV ratings.

channel 7 is just being stubborn.
instead of moving home and away from a friday night and putting an hour of it on thursday night why dont they just leave home and away on at 7 on friday then at 7:30 show the footy.
no offense to better homes and gardens fans but seriously who wants to watch that instead of the footy.
