I’m trying to find someone I used to know. His name is Bill. He’s short with curly brown hair and blue eyes. He worked at the Sears Automotive in 1987. Desperately need to find him.

Because for three hours and ten minutes, your car sat in line waiting its turn.

This is a real pet peeve of mine, they should give you an appointed time and get your car in within a few minutes of that time. If they make you wait for hours it shows that their service manager isn’t doing his job, and their workflow is all messed up.

Drop Sears an Email or letter, straight to the corporate HQ.
