Can i set up a construction company for the purpose of controlling finances and hire individuals or companies?
The idea is to have financial and directional control on a large construction project (restaurant/lounge). To avoid being ripped off by construction companies or individuals, I want to set up a construction company that would essentially win the bid and outsource to individuals and companies. Those would all work under the umbrella of my company, and would be payed as technicians who brought their experience. My company would be responsible for procurement of building material and some equipment. What do you guys think?

Is it a good idea to invest in Brazilian construction companies?
I ain’t no a finance expert, i’ve never invested in anything, i’m completely clueless in this field..but my simple logic tells me that investing in Brazilian construction companies, or whoever they put in charge of building all the facilities for the Olympics and the World Cup, could really pay off in the future..am i right? if so, how can I find out in which companies to invest? Where can I find out which company got the construction tender?

Can’t be THAT specific….why not just take a chance on EVERYTHING in Brazil doing a little better….after all they are pretty enery efficient and loaded with resources….try EWZ…an ETF based solely on Brazil.

Problem #1. They have built crap for so long no one wants to put down their hard earned money for them to build anything. A housing development near me was built a few years ago and they are falling apart already. Same for other people I know who bought one of those pieces of !@#%.
