Cleaning services?
How would you go about getting clients? Preferably law firms, and doctors office? Please help!!! I have a cleaning crew of about 10 people and I need some business and live in the Northern Virginia area.

me and my sister will be cleaning, 2 person. if has shoes and clothing on the floor tha has to be organized should i charge more, how cleaning services work, cause sometimes i go see a place and look like they close is used for rugs. how much cost to clean a organized 2/2 place?

You should charge an hourly rate. Give an approximate time of how long it will take. The reason is because how long it will take you is really based on how dirty it is to start. Depending on the area most cleaners charge $9.00 – $18.00 an hour.

Charge by the job…. You make more charging like that instead of hourly. $75.00 where i am from

How should I price my services for my house/office cleaning services?
I am starting a cleaning service that targets homes and offices, I need some Ideas for some cleaning packages or bundle deals that will give a customer more for their buck, a list services provided and pricing , like a basic Idea, I am very new at this and need help. Also how much would you like to spend on a cleaning service?

But for your questions..As far as pricing, it varies by where you are located. To quote you a pricing from California, when you’re in the Midwest would probably price you out of jobs. So call around, pretend to be ‘shopping’ for cleaning services and find out what your competition is getting.
I would charge by the sq. ft., not hourly. I have had several friends lose long time clients because, as they got better and faster at cleaning, they weren’t staying the whole time, having completed their work. But their client felt they were getting cheated. That’s why sq.ft. bidding works best.

How do I find aquarium cleaning services for Canada ? I’ve used all the search engines possible.?
Eg. I’ve entered ” aquarium cleaning and maintenance service in Canada”, and ” Fish tank cleaning services “. but still havent had much luck. Can you think of anything else ?

Check with you local fish store (not a chain, but where the owner is the person you are talking to) and many will do it, have staff that do it or know somebody reliable who can do it.
When I was a child, I had a neighbor who used a maid. They came when the family was at work/school. Once one of the parents walked in on her having sex on their bed. Be careful who you let into your house.
