1. Keep the hands and wrists thoroughly clean. Clean your hands plenty. This is probably the ideal and most effective way to keep the common cold away. Why does this do the job so effectively? 3. Keep hydrated. The entire body demands no less than sixty four ounces of water a day to survive. Keeping properly hydrated is what helps your system flush toxins out. If you haven’t been correctly hydrated the germs in your system will simply hang out and get tougher instead of being forced out. Remember: you can last for about seven days with no having to take in more solid food. Without h2o, you’ll only last a day or two. Doesn’t this kind of make the importance of correct hydration hit home?
Here’s the thing: there isn’t a magical remedy for the flu. What that can be done, however, is practice good sense, clean your hands a lot, get plenty of rest each night and stay properly hydrated.
