Free Encyclopedia???

Encyclopedia Brittanica costs $69.00 a year!!! I sure wish I didn’t give ours away after I was told it’s online for free.

wikipedia.org BUT if you’re doing a paper or something that needs to be extremely accurate don’t use wikipedia since any member to the site can edit the information

Am interested in reading and knowing more about certain specific topics of interest to me. However, i only know of Wikipedia as the free encyclopedia. Does anyone out there know of its competitors or rivals who also list and have vast information stored and saved for public usage?

The reason they don’t like wikipedia is because anyone can write anything on there, whether it is factual or not. Just go to the library and look things up in a real encyclopedia.
