On my Construction Company web pages we show a diverse amount of different types of construction and home repair and maintenance. We have been around on the internet for 12 years.

On the Oakbridge Construction Inc. main page we show most of the main types of construction available to be done inside the home. That would include (but not limited to) Finished basements also known in other parts of the country as Basement Remodeling. We have many pictures of basement jobs. As a matter of fact we have just completed out 148th finished basement. On this page we have movies of finished basements in various stages of construction. We were using movies on web pages since before there was a Google. We also have Room addition pictures and information. We also have kitchen remodeling pictures in the kitchen section section. Our next web page is based on Basement Waterproofing here in the Detroit area. We have boosted up our waterproofing operations quite a bit since the Auto Business recession slowed down the remodeling business. Basement waterproofing includes the hollow cinder block construction. It also includes the poured wall construction where leaky cracks and rod holes are common. We also handle the perimeter drainage systems. We also do repairs to flooded basements caused by waterproofing issues, plumbing issues, water back-up issues and other issues.

The last page is based on our Crawl Space repairs experience. This is hard to take pictures of so there won’t be any pictures soon. It explains that waterproofing is needed first followed by I-beam repairs followed by rotten wood repairs followed by a plastic encapsulation to keep the moisture down.
