Panic attacks can be a pretty scary situation for the person who is having them. There are a few ways to cure panic attacks. In order to fully get rid of them one must first understand what they are.

A therapist can help one find the sources of their stress or fears and help them overcome them. While medication does help cure the symptoms, it will only help relieve the immediate symptoms, not completely stop them.
