1.HEAVY LOAD WORKOUT : Make sure that the weight one selects for himself should not be light . One at most should be able to do 5 or 6 repetitions with the weight one selects .

4. LESS CARBS AND SUGARS :It is growth hormone that control the growth of body . The secretion of growth hormone is increased by proteins and decreased by carbohydrates and proteins .

5.ENDURANCE WORKOUT : There should be less repetitions per set , not more than 6 or 7 . More repetitions makes workout less directs towards body building and more towards stamina building .
