As more people today begin to believe in reincarnation. It is hard to decide the best way to start on the journey of remembering your past lives.

A good tool that can prove very beneficial when referred back to is a journal. In your journal you will need to record all your thoughts and feelings. Even those that seem inconsequential to you at the time. You also need to write down any emotions that you may feel, as it is generally believed that emotions are a strong link connecting us to our past life or lives.
