An internal hemorrhoid is a condition comprised of veins that become swollen and inflamed inside the anus. They are mainly caused by a poor diet and decreased fiber intake. Straining also causes them as well as obesity and pregnancy. Usually diarrhea and constipation are associated with them as well.
Hemorrhoid sufferers often seek treatments in a doctors office. A common procedure is banding hemorrhoids which will likely be considered by a doctor. Banding hemorrhoids involves the removal of hemorrhoids by placing a rubber band around it, effectively cutting off the blood supply. After a couple of weeks, the hemorrhoid will fall off. Unfortunately, banding hemorrhoids can cause several complications. These include infection, blood clots which will cause further problems with hemorrhoids, increased discomfort instead of pain relief, and excessive bleeding. These complications make many people wary of banding hemorrhoids.
Another common and simple hemorrhoid home remedy is the application of ice and heat to shrink the hemorrhoid and encourage it to heal. Apply ice, such as a single ice cube, to the hemorrhoid or the anal area, for at 10 minutes every day. Then apply a moist, warm towel to the anal area for up to 20 minutes. This is best done after an aggravating bowel movement that has caused pain or irritation to the hemorrhoid.
There are alot of over the counter treatments and solutions available for the tratment of hemorrhoid as well. They are included in the same classification of medicines for the treatment of itching and burning symptoms. These include ointments, gels and foams, they can be easily applied by using your finger.
There are a number of reasons that people get bleeding internal hemorrhoids. In the anal passage the formation of padding is normal, it is when this padding becomes enlarged that the hemorrhoid becomes a health problem. Some of the common causes for this enlargement can be the the extra stain put on the bowel when someone has a chronic problem with being constipated. They are also said to be a natural sign of aging
when the blood vessles in the anal passage are not working as well as they did when the body was young.
Bleeding internal hemorrhoids can be removed with surgery, your doctor can help you decide if you need to have them taken out by cutting, or laser or even with a cauterizing procedure.
It may be that surgery will not be needed and one of the other treatments will serve just as well. There are chemical treatments avaliable that will shrink the bleeding internal hemorrhoid. There is also a treatment where a rubber band is placed on the base of the hemorrhoid that will cut off the blood supply and shrink the hemorrhoid.

I very much admire the social democracies but they’re not without their problems. We’ve got plenty of problems too, though.
I’ve heard candida cleansing helps with psoriasis.

“Of all the “alternative” therapies out there, arguably the most studied is the modality known as acupuncture. Perhaps the reason is that, unlike homeopathy, which based on physics, chemistry, and biology alone is so implausible that, for it to “work,” huge swaths of well-established physics and chemistry would have to be shown to be not just wrong but extravagantly and outrageously wrong (making homeopathy far more akin to magic than science), or reiki, which, when you come right down to it, is nothing more than faith healing based on Eastern mysticism rather than Christianity, acupuncture actually involves doing something physical. Indeed, at the risk of annoying or boring long time readers, who have seen me write this many times before, even I used to think that there might be something to acupuncture. Certainly, I recognized that the concepts of meridians along which life energy (qi) flows and how sticking needles into just the right locations on these meridians somehow “unblocks” the flow of qi and thereby relieves pain and heals disease was prescientific nonsense on the order of thinking that evil spirits cause disease. Such ideas may have made sense hundreds of years ago, before scientists developed an understanding of how the body works, but now, in 2010, they are vestiges of a time when medicine really had close to no idea how the body works and when medicine was more often worse than the disease being treated.”

Whatever….Anyway, get a vitamin that is based on your age and activity level. If you are in your 20's or 30's get a vitamin supplement for someone who is very active. If you are mature, in your 40's or 50's take a vitamin supplement that takes into account the changes of your body. In either case still take the calcium and Omega 3. Maybe add Vit D, as lately that has been looked at and higher doses are good for you.
